Yes, to the best of our knowledge the calendar is Y2K ready. However, if you encounter problems on January 1, 2000 we will be out of the country and unavailable for comment :)
Why doesn't the calendar work with non-US date settings?
This has recently come to our attention and was simply an oversight on our part. We are looking to fix it at some point in the future, but we haven't yet found the time. If you've already gotten a copy of it working well using another date format, please let us know so we can share your code with others.
What do I need to do to get the calendar to work in dd-mm-yy mode?
To change the calendar sample to use dates of the format dd-mm-yy you have to swap the refrences to day and month on lines 60 & 61 and then swap iCurrent and Month(dDate) on 127. The line numbers are approximate and may vary if you've made any code changes, but the lines are the ones that read in the date being passed and the one that writes out the date to pass it. Thanks to Mark from Web Designer Connectix Ltd. for actually taking the time to do it and then telling us how he did since we never got around to actually doing it ourselves.
Please note: This form is only for submitting questions about the sample for us to consider including in the FAQ. If we feel the question merits inclusion, we will include it along with a reply. We will not respond to your email individually.
