ASP.NET version of "URL Linker"

This is an ASP.NET version of our classic ASP URL linker sample. It takes its input from a text box for illustration, but there's no reason you couldn't use it with a database or text files just as easily. For more information you might want to check out our original URL Linker (classic ASP).
